Bobby grew up in the jewelry business alongside his father at A.G. Singson Jewelers in Fair Oaks Mall, spending summers and school breaks learning the craft that would shape his career. After earning a degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, he and his wife Julie opened Midtown Jewelers in 2007 with a singular goal: build a personal, upscale boutique experience that felt nothing like the jewelry counters in suburban malls.
Together, Bobby and Julie have built Midtown into one of Northern Virginia's most recognized jewelry destinations, earning Best Jewelry Store honors from Washingtonian Magazine and The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame. When their twin daughters Ava Rose and Gia Lily arrived in 2011, Bobby channeled that joy into creating the LilyRose Collection, a bridal line named in their honor. After more than a decade in Reston Town Center, the family moved the boutique to its current home in Historic Herndon, where they continue to welcome clients old and new into what feels less like a store and more like an extension of home.

Every great jewelry store needs a warm welcome at the door. At Midtown, that welcome comes with four paws and a wagging tail. Milo is a fixture in our boutique, greeting every client who walks in, posing for photos, and making sure no one leaves without a smile.

In 2011, Bobby and Julie welcomed twins Ava Rose and Gia Lily into the world. To celebrate, Bobby developed and launched a bridal collection bearing their names. The LilyRose Collection is built on a commitment to quality, value, and American craftsmanship, featuring exceptional hand-selected diamonds, gemstones, and the finest metals.
Every piece is designed and produced in the USA, staying true to the family's belief that the most important moments deserve jewelry made with intention and care. What started as a father's tribute has grown into one of Midtown's most beloved collections.
