Our designers then create sketches and 3D CAD renderings so you can see exactly how the piece will look before production begins. You approve every detail before we move forward, and revisions are always welcome.

How long does a custom jewelry project take?

Most custom projects are completed within four to six weeks from the time you approve the final CAD rendering. Engagement rings and time-sensitive pieces can often be prioritized to meet a specific date. We will discuss your timeline during the initial consultation and keep you informed at every stage.

Can I use my own diamonds or gemstones in a custom piece?

Yes. Many of our clients bring in stones from family heirlooms, inherited rings, or previously purchased gems. We evaluate each stone for structural integrity and suitability, then incorporate it into the new design. If additional stones are needed to complete the piece, we source them to match your existing materials as closely as possible.

What metals are available for custom jewelry?

We work in 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white, and rose, as well as platinum. Our designers will recommend the best metal for your specific design based on the stone type, intended daily wear, and your personal preference. Mixed metal designs combining two or more gold colors are also available.
