About Stanton Color
Stanton Color was founded in 1981 with the help of Pierre Geneve, a GIA professional and the late co-founder who brought an extraordinary eye for colored gemstones to the partnership. The brand started as a loose gemstone dealership, sourcing and trading fine colored stones and servicing independent retailers across the country with their gemstone needs. That foundation in raw material quality is what still sets Stanton Color apart from jewelry lines that treat color as an afterthought.
When the brand expanded from loose stones into finished jewelry, the philosophy stayed the same: color leads, everything else supports. Every Stanton Color piece is designed so the gemstone is the undeniable focal point. Gold settings, diamond accents, and metalwork detailing all serve the stone rather than compete with it. The cuts are chosen to maximize saturation and brilliance for each specific gem variety, drawing on decades of expertise in faceting techniques and stone selection.
What makes the collection particularly versatile for clients is its semi-custom model. Each design in the Stanton Color lineup is available in yellow, white, or rose gold, and shoppers are encouraged to choose their own gemstone and metal combination. The result is a piece that feels personal without the timeline or cost of a fully custom project. The range of stones runs deep: tanzanite, aquamarine, amethyst, morganite, London blue topaz, peridot, sapphire, rhodolite garnet, tourmaline, and more, all selected to a standard that reflects over 40 years of trading in fine color.
The collection spans rings, pendants, earrings, and bracelets, each built around the principle that started it all: if the color does not stop you in your tracks, it does not carry the Stanton Color name.
