I first met Bobby three years ago when my brother decided he wanted to propose to his now wife. A coworker of mine had recently purchased an engagement ring from Bobby. He was so excited about this big step and showed me pictures of the beautiful ring. I was truly in awe. Just a few weeks later, when my brother decided he wanted to propose, I knew I had to tell him about Bobby and the great experience my coworker had. After visiting various jewelry stores in the area with no luck, my brother finally decided to take the advice of his little sister (me) and meet with Bobby. I was there for the first consultation with Bobby. He spent so much time with my brother and didn't make the experience feel like just another transaction. My brother ended up finding the perfect ring and later on he and my sister in law found the perfect matching wedding band.

Fast forward to last year when my then boyfriend decided to propose to me. Bobby was the obvious choice. My fiance had such an amazing experience and now sees Bobby as a friend. When I asked my fiance how he knew what size ring I wore, he said that he didn't. Bobby actually remembered how the display rings fit me when I went that first time with my brother. My engagement ring is exactly what I wanted and I am so thankful that my fiance had such a great experience with Bobby.

We picked up my wedding band just recently from Bobby and it, coupled with my engagement ring, are the most beautiful possessions I have. Bobby custom designed my band and even though I agreed to it sight unseen, I was not concerned at all about the quality or the design.
